Day 3: The People’s Salad (by Ryan Dotson)
Spending the last of my regular days in Athens means visiting and saying goodbye to people I like. But just after my love for people comes my love for Casa (Nueva). This here salad warms my heart—especially those little sprouts. And please, I’ll take two months of my pay in that sesame soy salad dressing they make.
